How involved will I be?

During the first 30 days, we recommend a high level of involvement from you to facilitate knowledge transfer, as well as build rapport and loyalty with your crew. Think of it as compounding interest — the more time you invest upfront in training and process building, the less time will be required for ongoing management. Beyond that, be as much or as little involved as you want to be. You can simply sign off on the final output, or you can be hands-on at every stage.

What happens if team members leave?

Depending upon the role, we will likely have a replacement within 1-5 days, sometimes immediately. Given that many of our staff are cross-skilled, some of your tasks may be temporarily taken over by an existing team member.

Do I still need to pay 13th month?

With our traditional 1-to-1 cloud staffing agreements, 13th month (equivalent to one month’s service fee) is payable in the Philippines every December. All of our Done for You agreements already include all benefits, software, and any intellectual property relating to pre-built processes.

How does overtime work?

Irrespective of your chosen billing cycle (weekly or monthly), overtime will simply be billed at the end of every month. Your POC will let you know when the team is getting close to reaching the allotted hours and will give you the option to pause until the beginning of the next month or to continue working beyond the retainer hours.

What if the work volume fluctuates?

Each role in your team has flexible hours. If the volume is high, team overtime is uncapped. If the volume is low, unused hours will rollover into the next billing cycle.

Is my data & my clients’ data safe?

We use TeamworkPM for task management and file storage, which is very secure. We also recommend that you make the most of the current best-in-class SaaS options for CRM and Accounting.
