How It Works

Simple, Flexible Pricing

Understanding Google Ads is complex enough, so we have created a simple, easy-to-understand pricing structure that allows you to add campaigns and spend without needing a PHD to figure out how much your campaign management fees will be.

  1. Having the My Cloud Crew Ads management team on retainer is a low $389 per month (+tax for our Aussie customers)
    • This includes the creation and maintenance of keyword and competitor research, buyer personas, team upskilling & training on your brand. It also includes your first campaign, meaning that the per campaign pricing below only applies when you have more than 1 concurrent campaign running
  2. When you need to launch new campaigns, we manage them for only $189 per month per campaign with a $149 campaign set up fee
    • This gives the flexibility to scale campaigns as you require and to scale down due to seasonality of budget constraints
  3. To provide the flexibility to scale large campaigns that require additional resources, 5% of campaign spend applies
    • For companies only seeking to spend $1,000 per month no ads spend, this keeps the investment in manpower low, while for those seeking to spend upward of %50,000/month/campaign, this allows My Cloud Crew to throw vast resources at the campaign

Scalability & Transparency

With an incredibly low entry-level monthly retainer and even lower per campaign fees, coupled with a transparent campaign launch and review process, you know your costs in advance and know precisely how My Cloud Crew will deploy your campaigns. This level of transparency gives you the foresight you need to make intelligent marketing and growth decisions for your brand.

If your business is new to Paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), there will be a natural learning curve of 30-60 days as your Ads specialist (and the ad platform) understands your business, the keywords that drive lead and buyer decision-making, and the

The plans available represent varying degrees of involvement by the My Cloud Crew team. This unique offering allows you to choose how much we do based on your existing marketing resources. For example, you may be a marketing manager who already creates landing pages and automation, and therefore you only need someone to drive traffic to your already wonderfully converting site. Alternatively, you may be a busy consultant or small business owner with no existing in-house marketing or web team and as a result, you may need My Cloud Crew to take on the responsibility of managing your entire Ads funnel from ad creation to landing page building, autoresponders and more

It will only take a minute to sign up online. You can choose weekly or monthly billing. If you select weekly, the automatic weekly payments will commence and continue every week on the same day that you signed up. If you select monthly, your initial payment will be a pro rata for the remainder of the current calendar month followed by monthly automatic billing on the 1st of every month

There are 3 types of management fees:

1. The ongoing retainer. This is the weekly or monthly fee that you choose at the beginning of the relationship, which can be changed at any time

2. Per-campaign ongoing & set up fees apply for all campaigns beyond the first campaign. The amount of resources required is directly linked to how many live campaigns you have in play. Campaigns require research, set-up and daily monitoring. As a result, every additional campaign is billed at the amount agreed upon as you sign up. When you let your account manager know you would like to commence an additional campaign, they will go ahead and charge the campaign set up fee and add the additional campaign to your ongoing billing. The minimum billing period for any campaign is 1 month.

3. % of ad spend of 5%. Generally, the larger the ad spend, the greater the responsibility and involvement of resources required. For example, managing a spend of $1,000 for a hair salon will require far fewer resources than managing the $30,000 per month of a national car finance business. The % of spend model is often as high as 10% amongst our competitors, but our low cost deployment model in the Philippines allows us to scale your campaigns for only 5% of campaign spend. This amount is automatically billed at the end of each calendar month

Great question!

Think of it this way: Hiring or leasing an Ads specialist through our cloud staffing division is the equivalent of placing an advertisement in Indeed, interviewing candidates, creating a job description, and permanently hiring this person to sit within your marketing division, reporting to either the head of marketing or the business owner. You choose the hours per week/month that your new employee works, who they report to, and what their specific responsibilities are.

Alternatively, if you choose an Ads management plan, you can opt for precise levels of output and involvement, and this also involves My Cloud Crew providing a suite of team members across several skills, from campaign strategy, to web design and development, to analytics and reporting.

Firstly, let them know that you need to pause or stop. They will ask you to complete a quick online form to confirm your request, at which point, all future billing will stop based on the notice period required. If you are on weekly billing, 2 weeks notice is required, meaning that 2 additional automatic payments will take place before the relationship stopping. If you are only monthly billing and provide notice before the 20th of the month, you will not be billed on the 1st of the following month. If you provide notice on or after the 20th, the billing in the 1st of the following month will take place and will be your final invoice.
