CMO’s are generally responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the overall marketing strategy. Your CMO will run your marketing strategy, and if you ask them nicely, may also manage your entire My Cloud Crew marketing team.

Your CMO will develop your strategic marketing plan and with the right team, will manage the execution of that plan
Content Strategy & Management
Your CMO will develop your content strategy and work with either your in-house content team or a My Cloud Crew content team (chosen by you or a team already working with your CMO) to action the plan
Paid Traffic Strategy & Management
Your CMO will develop your paid traffic strategy and work with either your in-house paid media team or a My Cloud Crew content team (chosen by you or a team already working with your CMO) to action the plan
Branding, product development & more
Your CMO can plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”
Inter-department communication
Your CMO will liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to strategy, customer engagement, and other elements of the marketing mix
Build a marketing team under your CMO
Our CMOs bring with them a long history of management & leadership. Should you lease your CMO for 20, 40 or 80 hours per month, they will have the time to manage your marketing team, whether tye be a My Cloud Crew™ Social Media Manager, Content Marketing Manager or My Cloud Crew™ SEO specialist.
